We are delighted to announce that ALEC have been awarded the first tower for The Residences at Marina Gate development in Dubai. The project will be jointly executed in collaboration with our Related Businesses, ALEMCO and ALEC FITOUT. This is the first of two towers that ALEC will be awarded by Select Group, one of Dubai’s largest property developers. The development consists of three high-end residential towers and retail area and stands at the gateway to Dubai Marina.

Contract Duration: 28 months

Scope of Works: The construction of the first tower, Marina Gate I (2B+G+M+6P+45+ROOF), is planned to commence beginning of March 2015 with the second, of the three towers, Marina Gate II (2B+G+M+6P+56+ROOF) construction planned to start 4 to 5 months later.
ALEMCO and ALEC FITOUT will carry out the MEP works and fit out works respectively.
