ALEMCO has been awarded the first of two towers, which will be jointly executed with our related businesses ALEC and ALEC FITOUT.
The Residences at Marina Gate II
Complete MEP works to 527 units including apartments, villas and penthouses with public areas and BoH areas in the 58 story Marina Gate II. Scope for MEP works includes full HVAC, LV Power, ELV power, LPG system and plumbing and drainage.
