RAK Hospitality Beach LLC appointed ALEC/ALEMCO as the contractor to undertake the Refurbishment works for Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort

A detailed dilapidation study shall be conducted in the beginning of the job to find the current condition of the systems and the report shall be issued to Client seeking approval of works to be performed.

The project was completed in a challenging 90-days accelerated program.

The brief scope of refurbishment works includes:

• Main Hotel Building
• Chilled Water pipe insulation, PICV works, New HVAC equipment, water quality, FLS, BMS, associated civil & MEP works
• Chiller yard/ Pump room
• Modification works in the Plant room
• Transformer Room
• Additional transformers for the new HVAC equipment and associated electrical works
• General
• Associated civil works includes ceiling & wall
