Al Falah Community Development

The new sustainable community for UAE nationals, part of the Plan Abu Dhabi 2030 directive, provides around 5,000 homes for middle-income UAE families. Its innovative design features five villages with many open parks. Each village has its own centre with schools and mosques. The town centre will be the focal point of the entire development and will contain civic buildings, a retail mall, a hospital, commercial office space, a hotel and a sports and leisure complex.
