The scope of work comprises the design and construction of a US Customs and Border Pre screening facility and stand alone baggage handling facility. In addition, this includes the alteration of the current hold rooms to create 4 No segregated hold rooms for US flights.
Other scope of works includes but not limited to site establishment, site survey, relocation of existing utility services, earthworks, demolition, concrete works, structural steel, tiling and all fit-out works, acoustic insulation & waterproofing, roof cladding & external glazing, vertical transport, baggage handling equipment, SAS installation, fire alarm and suppression installation, MEP, statutory approvals and external works.
